The Family Behind TMC Home Innovations
TMC Home Innovations is a Pasco County home services contractor built by two people who wanted contractor work to feel less like a gamble. Thomas Clinard and David Pearce founded TMC in 2024, based right here in New Port Richey, with one rule, treat every home like it is our own.
Founders and Family
TMC was founded in November 2024 by Thomas Clinard and David Pearce, both raised on the Gulf Coast and both with years of hands-on construction and finish work under their belts. Thomas serves as President and runs field operations and client relationships. David serves as Vice President and runs estimating, scheduling, and job quality control. Between them, TMC has close to two decades of combined experience in painting, drywall, and finish carpentry. Everything the company does runs through one or both of them, no call centers, no franchise middle layer, no sales team.
Our approach
We built TMC to be the kind of contractor we would want if we were the homeowner. That means answering the phone, showing up when we said we would, quoting jobs in writing before we start, keeping the job site clean, and standing behind the finished work. It is not complicated. It is just rare.

TMC Home Innovations, Inc. is a Florida Profit Corporation registered with the Florida Department of State. We are fully insured with general liability and workers compensation coverage. Every service we offer today, painting, drywall, popcorn ceiling removal, accent walls, minor flooring, tile and backsplash, trim and finish carpentry, and general handyman work, is inside the scope of what we can legally deliver in Florida. We are transparent about this because that is how we run the whole business.

What Is Next for TMC
Our service list is deliberately focused right now. As our general contractor license activates in the coming months, we will expand our offerings to include full kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, decks and lanais, storm damage repair, and light commercial work. That expansion is planned, licensed, and staged so that everything we add is done at the same standard as our current work. Follow along on our blog for updates.

TMC crews do the work, and one of the two founders, Thomas Clinard or David Pearce, is directly involved in every job we take on. We do not subcontract painting, drywall, or finish work to unknown third parties.
Yes. TMC carries active general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request before the job starts.
